Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless they are faulty.

Opened or used cleaning products cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
